ooh baby, baby

this past weekend was my baby shower in die niederwelt & it was so fantastische (as sifu would say). first off heng cheng did a dynomite job planning everything - decorations & food & more! secondly i was so touched by the attendance: a cross-section of the beautiful women in my life: shaolin, dogowners, family & other friends. thirdly, the whole afternoon was so relaxed & everyone got a chance to speak to one another being gregarious & super friendly. even my niece nina was comfy enough to do cartwheels across the livingroom! that says it all! moreover, the generosity was astounding! this is one lucky snapdragon! there are so many lovely things, thoughtful things for the snapdragon, heng ji & for me! i was overwhelmed with all the love. everyone signed the book for the snapdragon with some of the most sweet words, thoughts & sentiments ever put on the page. it was a great time!

about an hour after the last guest left, heng ji's mom arrived from lalaland & there was another box to open & will be followed by 2 larger boxes yet to be fetched from the PO box - all these from the West Coast baby shower last saturday.

next saturday we attend the boston baby shower my mom & sister are throwing.
