no.5 alive

sunday i got a call from good friend, fantastic jewelry designer & fellow dogowner shari that her man doug needs me to come to a photo shoot scheduled for tuesday since he does the press for a restaurant that i have heard great things about - flatbush farms. unfortunately i couldn't make it since tuesdays & thursdays are training days. shari called again yesterday & said it was rescheduled so i went. it was fun. the restaurant is very cool, the apps we had were delish & the drinks, called cielo, were yum if a little stiff. we had to make it look like a party scene where this robot no. 5 (what was that film called?) was having fun with us. interacting with an inanimate object can be fun. it can't complain what you do or say to it! it was also really nice to catch up with shari & doug. we need to get machiavelli & his good friend baron together again. it's time for tenzin to hang out with baron too! maybe this week since we should have the rental for a couple of extra days thanks to quan tuo sorting things out. i'll post pix when i get them for an added larf!
