shaolin master killa

over the weekend i mentioned to sifu how much i enjoyed movie night & suggested that one of the next films be one of my (& quan tuo's) favourite: shaolin master killer aka 36 chambers. he seemed agreeable to it (already owning the dvd) & i hope hope hope it is one of the next films as it would be great to see it on the big screen. it's shaolin training old-school like i had always imagined running off to shaolin temple would be like. our training which kicks my arse from time to time is nothing compared to the training the lead has to go through! if you watch closely you will see many of the basic moves & forms we have learned in this movie. so cool.

another i would love to see again is shaolin versus the lama but it's so hard to find on dvd!! or to find at all. i remember this from the '70s & it was awesome.
