i have to make more of an effort to stretch now that i am not training regularly. i suppose with tai chi there may be some stretching but i cannot depend on that, particularly since the class will be smaller & i may have to stretch alone.
i noticed this this morning while at the dogrun, i found myself stretching unconsciously. i should be doing this consciously!
luckily i have shi heng ji to stretch with & with L2 he really needs to be more flexible so we can help each other by at the least maintaining but more to stretch further.
