quan tuo has become sifu's disciple & will from here on in be called shi heng ji (1st tone - pronounced gee). congratulations to shi heng ji & all the other disciples who was part of this years ceremony!
on a different note, i am looking to switch to shaolin chen style tai chi but have in the meantime put my membership on hold due to health reasons. i already miss training & my fellow brothers so much! but i will return!
in the mean time MORE CHI for me, since i won't be hearing that wonderful supportive yell from my brothers for a bit! i will somehow train harder!
