and even more cousins

here i am at a boring meeting "taking notes" when i should be warming up for much awaited training. it's absolutely freezing & i hope this ends in enough time for me to run over to temple. i hear sifu is back! my calves need to stretch so badly. they are hard as a rock from the move.
anyhoo, i bide my time here by talking about the latest in family news. my cousin jay & his wife are pregnant! it's their first baby, if you do not count fenway their dog. it occured to me that there were lots of babies in the family this year, with one more before the year end & now another expected in 2008. his bro jon is getting married also next year so it's all kinds of good times, good times for all of us. it will be great for joe & nina to have more cousins. i feel it's very important for kids to have cousins, especially if there are no or few siblings of their own.
i was lucky enough to grow up with some of my cousins. i was also lucky to get to know my cousins as adults of our own accord. i hope the same for that generation.
ah i am getting distracted here. back to this meeting.
