a quickie

class last night was awesome & with xu teaching, it was less stressful than when sifu was there plus quite a few of us were sweating out the previous night's debauchery so it was extra chi & sweat! i have much to refine with yiluquan, i kept jumping in the wrong direction & once i started chuji quantao & ended up in yiluquan: what? so i must pay more attention, slow down more & take my time. no rushing through as quan tuo accuses me of alot. zippity. on the way to thai son we broke into spontaneous 80's musak singing to the horror of some people (i have no doubt) but i was great fun! quan tuo & i walked over the w'burg bridge for the first time in a long time to decompress from a great class & also coz we were layabouts for most of the day. crashed hard core after reading a bit more HP7, i am at the last third now.
much to do in preparation for lake tahoe.
boys are all set to stay with kat & kayla.
will train in the mountains this week.
