kung fu dorks unite

it is quite funny that we shaolin kung fu students like to talk about kung fu so much, & what we are struggling with & learned as of late. KFDU is a site that a few brothers started around the time i began this blog. unlike this which is for my away friends, KFDU is for everyone whether they train at USAST or not & boy! people really want to talk about shaolin kung fu! i often read the blogs & find parallels to mine. i also comment on certain topics i feel i can speak about. quan tuo was just asked, along with another brother, to join KFDU since he has lots to say about his training & training in general. his contribution to KFDU should be a good. most of our brothers read KFDU! it's a great medium especially since we cannot speak to one another while training & not everyone participates in the soup training thereafter.
